 As part of our "big game hunting package" Carl Mann's Montana Experience Outfitters" also includes a whole host of different types of bird hunting. We have Sage Grouse, Sharp-tail Grouse, Hungarian Partridge, and Ring Neck Pheasants for our upland game species. For water fowl enthusiast we have some of the best duck and goose hunting available. Plus, we have a few exotic birds that can be obtained such as the Sand Hill Crain, and Tundra Swan. Filling our clients 1st objective is a trophy deer. When this is accomplished it leaves us time to pursue our wide array of birds. Depending on which big game hunt you choose will depend on which birds are more prevalent at that time. Upland game birds are usually available through out the entire big game season. Migratory birds are dependent upon the weather conditions at the time of your booked hunt. We also offer fishing to fill in after you have harvested your buck. We have bank fishing from the Fort Peck Dam, where we catch 8 to 20 pound lake trout, 2 to 4 pound Small Mouth, and 4 to 20 pound Northern Pike. We even have a snagging season for the King Salmon which are spawning at this time of the year. We have daily float trips down the Missouri River for those that are interested in Fly and or Light Spin Fishing. Bring your shotgun because we will probably shoot some birds on this trip too!!!!! Yes, we can do all this plus get you a nice trophy buck in a 4 to 6 day hunt. |
