Recipe Of The Month

If you are one of those who kind of like fish, but it isn't your 1st choice in most cases try this recipe for a whole new enjoyment to eating fish.  I know this to be true because I am one of those people.  This recipe was given to me from a friend who is a Walleye fisherman.  I have used this recipe on Halibut, Salmon, and several other fish species.  The less you like the fish the thinner the fillet and the more coating you want to put on top of the fish.  This recipe will make any fish taste good.

1)  Poach or bake fish completely.  Put fillets on cookie sheet - cover with spread and broil 3-5 minutes till golden brown.

1 cup fresh parmesan

1/2 cup butter

6 tablespoons of mayo
